Khwezikazi Windvoel is currently serving as a portfolio lead on municipalities at the JET PMU, supporting the development of financing mechanisms and project pipelines for municipal just energy transitions. Prior to joining the PMU, she was the Senior Manager of Climate Finance and Innovation at the Presidential Climate Commission (PCC), where she led the development of the Just Transition Financing Mechanism and the Municipal JET programmes. She has also worked with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), advising on national frameworks to improve municipal access to climate finance and investment readiness.
