Thuli Dlamini is a development and sustainability professional with extensive experience in public policy, stakeholder engagement, and programme management within the energy sector and regional economic integration institutions in Southern Africa. She has held roles at leading organisations including the Southern African Development Community (SADC), the Southern African Customs Union (SACU), the DBSA IPP Office, and Anglo American, where she contributed to the design and delivery of complex donor-funded programmes and renewable energy infrastructure initiatives.

Her work focuses on renewable energy, the just energy transition, socio-economic development, and environmental and social governance. Thuli brings a strong track record in partnership development, resource mobilisation, and the design of impactful socio-economic development programmes, alongside ensuring compliance with international standards such as the IFC Performance Standards and other leading industry frameworks. She has collaborated closely with governments, multilateral organisations, and private sector partners to advance sustainable development outcomes in Southern Africa.
